SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Shipping is free on all orders.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a
confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second
email with tracking details once it has been dispatched.

Delivery time
Our products are shipped from our international fulfilment partners.
Please allow 10–20 business days for delivery after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be longer during
busy periods.

Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

Customs and import charges
All prices include VAT. You will not be charged any additional
customs or import fees on delivery.

Lost or delayed parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of dispatch,
contact us at kipperandco.store@gmail.com and we'll investigate and
arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We can't
be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at
checkout, but we'll do our best to help.
